You'll need 3 things to submit your request for trade-in. A digital copy (or image) of your original purchase receipt, a digital copy (or image) the UPC code from your original packaging, and the serial number of your SQ mixer. Have these 3 things handy prior to going online and submitting your request for trade-in. Once your request for a trade-in has been approved we will ship you a box and return label for your trade-in. Once your trade-in has been received by us and acknowledge as valid, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your check to arrive.
