Steve brings more than 30 years industry experience to Audio Biz and manages the company operations while interfacing with the outside sales team. Steve contributes with a thorough understanding of dealers, integrators, and consumers, and works hard every day to make working with Audio Biz efficient and easy. His enthusiasm and sense of humor are what people count on from the Audio Biz organization.
Fun Fact : Steve’s main interests are his family, anything Marvel and creating music.

VICE PRESIDENT & REP PRINCIPAL
Beth is a powerful and compassionate Rep Principal with over 30 years experience in the industry. Beth began her career in customer service, moved to outside sales, then to sales management. She has developed and maintained the strongest relationships in the industry with some of the largest AV integrators, consultants, and MI retailers. Her exemplary skills and dedication have earned her several industry awards.
Fun Fact: Beth has the utmost pride in her two sons who are both in the industry. One in NY that is an aspiring Broadway performer, and the other in WI that is an Audio Engineer. (She also has the cutest golden retriever named Wally.)

Randy has forged a truly unique path through his career in the audio industry. He has consistently created and grown business in every facet of the industry. With over 30 years experience his reputation and abilities are easily recognized and he continues to lead the entire Audio Biz organization.

Nick represents the Systems and Pro verticals in Illinois & Wisconsin. He previously served the Retail vertical, where he had over two decades of experience working with two large national chains. Nick is a top performer and continues to closely work with Systems and Pro businesses as well building relationships with end users. Nick has earned his CTS and continues to keep himself in the loop with new and upcoming trends in technology.
Fun Fact: Nick enjoys racing motocross and working on Motorcycles. He also coaches his daughter Mia’s softball team and is an avid runner achieving over 700 miles each year.

SENIOR Sales Specialist AND Retail Manager IL/WI/IA
Josh is a seasoned sales specialist covering retail and pro-accounts in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana. He launched his career in the audio industry over a decade ago after having a passion for playing guitar and other instruments his entire life. He finds enthusiasm in establishing relationships with clients that are fellow musicians and audio nerds alike.
Fun fact: Josh can solve the hardest difficulty level in minesweeper in under 200 seconds.

Shawn is a self-proclaimed pro audio geek and Apple fan boy. Shawn took the opportunity to work in pro audio sales starting in 1998 at major pro audio reseller in WI. His experience and love of the industry helps him build successful customer relationships and continued sales growth.
Fun Fact: Shawn enjoys being a freelance audio engineer in this free time. "I love being able to use the gear we sell. I get to know it forwards and backwards, and it really helps me sell the gear"

Brian is Audio Biz's resident gear guru and has worked in Pro AV for over 24 years. His passions are technical application solving, where he's always waiting to help integrators maximize their designs and projects. Brians technical chops sets Audio Biz apart from other rep firms.
Fun Fact: Brian enjoys playing the fast paced Irish game of hurling in the Milwaukee area, as well as supporting local dog rescues.

Julie is brings over 20 years experience as a customer service representative. The entire staff relies on Julie for data entry, setting up new accounts, RA processing, order follow up, and many other day to day functions. Her level of professionalism is unparalleled in the industry, and she has won several service awards from our top manufacturers.
Fun Fact: Julie is an amateur birder & photographer. She has won many awards and honors for her phenomenal photographs.

Customer Support and Office Manager
Shane joined Audio Biz in 2006 where he is relied on to be a jack of many trades from answering phones, providing tech support, to running detailed reports for our staff. Shane also manages our sample stock, literature, and assists with office operations including providing excellent customer support for our dealer base.
Fun Fact: Shane served our country in the Navy after high school before attending Madison Media Institute which lead him to this industry.

Natalie joined Audio Biz in 2022 with many years of both marketing and live sound experience. She began her career after college as an audio industry professional for musical theaters around Chicagoland and found her niche for marketing through her passion for design and creativity. By creating social media content, campaigns, digital communications, and more, she is able to fulfill her love of both audio and marketing in her daily life while adding to the success of our partnerships with brands and dealers alike.
Fun fact: In her free time, Natalie runs a small soap and candle business where she makes everything from scratch to sell online and at local markets.

Marketing MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Leah helps keep our Support team running smooth by helping with everything from data management to event planning and onsite coordination of our many events in the field. Her attention to details and thoughtful planning helps us conduct flawless events and keeps our CRM up to date.
